Meet Your Retreat Leader

My name is Jessica Lyda and I am a survivor of physical, emotional, and spiritual abuse. I left the Mormon religion at age 21, following which I was in a physically abusive marriage for 3 years. I’ve spent years getting my fight and my voice back and expanding into my empowered truth. I have found my way to freedom multiple times in my life and continue to do so every day. As an Energy Healer and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator I help others transform their lives to align with their truth again. My biggest passion is watching people unravel who they were told to be and step into the wildly unapologetic authenticity of who they truly are.

Sedona is a sacred energy vortex. This land changes you. Sedona brings flow back to the places where we feel trapped. I experience Sedona’s energy as alchemizing, clarifying, igniting, swirling, shifting, and course-correcting. It holds deep Root and Sacral Chakra energy. We’ll be working with the fire within this sacred land to help us alchemize our sacred rage and initiate the personal shifts we need most.
